Shipping policy

All our products are made on-demand, so we'll start printing your order right after it's placed. However, due to the current situation, handling time is a bit longer than normal. As soon as your order leaves our printing-warehouse, a tracking number is created and sent to you. All orders are sent from our location within the European union. 

Standard delivery time:

• EU is 3-6 days
• Asia 7-12 days
• US/Canada 6-12 days.

 

Pricing

• Free shipping for all order from 80 Euro
• Standard shipping is charged 5 Euro
• Express shipping will be introduced soon, hang on.

 

Customs Duties and Taxes

Please note, shipments outside of the EU may incur customs fees depending on the country of destination. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. You, as a customer, are responsible for these fees. According to shipping regulations, declared value is always given on the package if the country of destination is outside of the European union (as well as EFTA States)

 

Packaging

All our orders are shipped in a cylinder package (tube). Please note that frames are not offered from our webshop.
